I started working with Grace when I was 1 year postpartum after my first baby. I'd just finished breastfeeding and was feeling lost. Working with Grace was easy, all communication was via email and was really easy to check in as being a māmā I don't always have time for a phone call/video calls etc. Grace made the process so seamless and the meal plan she gave me was easy to follow and realistic, she never made me feel bad if I had a slip up with my program, she was realistic in that life is there too! I worked with Grace for 8 weeks and in that time I lost 7kg and I gained my confidence back in myself which was the most important part of this journey!
